Stir-Fries Pork

• Pork
• Seasoning Sauce “Top Kitchen”
• Basil
• Cherry Tomato
How to:
1. Cut pork into thin strips and add to Seasoning Sauce “Top Kitchen” mixture. Toss to coat, cover for at least 2-3 hours or overnight.
2. Heat oil in large skillet or wok, over high heat. Bring out basil and stir-fryfor 2-3 minutes.
3. Put it on the dish, then remove pork from marinade & add to skillet and stir-fry until no longer pink. Remove from skillet with slotted spoon & keep warm. Put pork over basil and add cherry tomato on the side.
