Thai Red Curry Duck



Ingredient:
• Duck
• Cherry Tomato
• Pineapple slice
• Eggplant
• Paprika
• Kaffir Lime Leave
• Basil Leaf
• Coconut Milk
• Fish Sauce “Top Kitchen”
• Brown Sugar
• Curry Sauce
How to:
1. Add oil and swirl around to coat, prepared curry sauce, a bit of coconut milk mix it until become same texture.
2. Then add the duck, more coconut milk, cherry tomato, eggplant, pineapple, kaffir lime leave and also.
3. Add fish sauce “Top Kitchen”, brown sugar.
4. Stir well and bring to gentle boil. Reduce heat to low and add basil leaf and paprika. Ready to eat with stream rice or vermicelli.
