Stir-Fries Shrimp in tamarind sauce

• Big shrimp or many kinds of shrimp available
• Wheat Flour
• Tamarind Sauce
• Brown Sugar
• Fish Sauce “Top Kitchen”
• Minced Garlic
• Paprika Sliceinto thin strips
How to:
1. Mix shrimp and wheat flour together. Heat the oil over medium-high heat in a wok; add shrimp stir-fry until it curls and turns opaque or yellow.
2. Heat the oil, stir-fry minced garlic until become yellow and keep it cold.
3. Add brown sugar and cook, stirring, until heated andadd tamarind sauce, with fish sauce “Top Kitchen” Stir sauce again and add to pan, stirring until thickened, Return shrimp to plate and toss to coat. Put garlic and paprika on the top.
